Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with us is easy. You do not have to create an account first, an account will be created during the placement of your first order online. All orders must be placed online as we cannot accept orders by other methods including by phone, fax or e-mail.
Finding Items
You can find items by browsing our catalogue directly. When you find an item that interests you, click the title, name or picture of the item to see a detailed product information page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you'd like to order an item from us, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page. You will be taken to a screen that shows the items in your shopping cart. From here, you can either continue shopping or go to the checkout.
You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "My Account" button at the top of every page on the website.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for all the items in the Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button. If you are a new customer or have not yet logged in, you will be asked to do so. Otherwise you will be directed to the order form.
Sign In...
If you are a returning customer and have not yet signed in you can enter your customer account e-mail address as well as your password after clicking the "My Account" button found on the top of every page, or the "checkout" button on your shopping cart.
.... Or Register As A New Customer
To register as a new customer, simply click "Checkout" when you are ready to purchase the items in your cart. If there is no checkout button on the page you are viewing, click the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of the website.
Under the login form, there is a second heading that says “New Customer”. Click the "Continue" button that appears under that heading. Enter your details and click continue once again.
A password will be created for you and an email will be sent to the address you provided. Your e-mail address and password combination is used for signing in when you return to Fleet Cycles another time. Further address details will need to be provided during the checkout process.
Enter your shipping details
Once you've placed an item in your cart and clicked the "Checkout" button, you can now enter your shipping address as well as some extra details. Make sure you select the "Australia Post" shipping service.
Please note that Fleet Cycles only ships within Australia.
Review your address details
Review and verify your address details carefully. The telephone number is required for courier shipments and needs to be entered correctly. Your address details can be changed if any mistakes are found.
If you wish to ship to an address that is different to your contact (billing) address, un-check the “use contact address” checkbox on the payment page. You will now be able to enter a different shipping address.
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of all the information you provided. If you need to adjust the items in your cart, click the “Edit Cart” button and make any necessary adjustments. Enter your Credit Card details in the fields provided. When you are ready, click the "Pay Now" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
Track Your Order
If you would like to review the status of your order, please go to the "My Account" link located at the top of each page. On this page you will find four grey buttons which enable you to manage your account details. The “Your Orders” button shows a complete summary of all ordered items as well as your shipping details.
