Signing In

You do not have to sign in to add items to your cart, returning customers will be asked to sign in and new customers will be prompted to create a new account, during the check out process.

To sign in to the system, click the ‘Sign In’ button located at the top of every page. You will need to enter your e-mail address and password.

Forgotten Passwords

If you have forgotten your password, follow the ‘Forgotten Password’ link on the Sign in screen. Your password will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Signing Out

If you are using any public terminal including an internet café, public library, education institution or shared computer, we strongly advise you to sign off before you leave the terminal. To do so, simply click the ‘sign out’ button in the top menu of our website.

Important note: If you are accessing this website from a computer that could be considered insecure you should always sign off. If you do not sign off, your account may be misused by others. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage inflicted to you by misuse of your account.
